Real estate strategy

We invest in value add multifamily and residential land development across Florida and the high growth markets of the U.S. Southeast and Sun Belt. We improve income producing assets and develop attainable housing to meet durable, long run demand, three complementary ways of building value.

Multifamily value add

We acquire existing, income producing apartment communities and increase their value through renovations, better operations and stronger management, targeting steady cash flow and appreciation.

Ground up development

We develop new multifamily and residential communities in high growth markets, building modern housing to meet durable demand from the ground up.

Master planned communities

We assemble and entitle land for large, master planned residential communities, then deliver builder ready lots to national and regional homebuilders.

Private equity

Private equity strategy

We acquire cash flowing operating companies in essential, service based industries and grow them through operational improvement and add on acquisitions. We build actively in two verticals, green industry and roofing, and we also operate in manufacturing, where we will consider the right opportunity.

Green industry

Landscaping and irrigation: essential outdoor services with recurring, everyday demand. A fragmented market of strong local operators, resilient to technology and economic cycles.

Roofing

A large, essential industry driven by repair, replacement and Florida's climate. Recurring re roof cycles and storm driven demand across a fragmented market of local contractors.

Manufacturing

Architectural millwork and custom manufacturing for commercial and multifamily projects. A sector we operate in today. We are not actively acquiring here, but we will look at the right opportunity.

Why these verticals

Both green industry and roofing are large, fragmented markets of strong local operators. Demand is recurring and largely everyday, resilient to technology and economic cycles, and supported by Florida’s growth and climate. That combination makes them ideal for disciplined buy and build consolidation, where we can grow EBITDA and free cash flow while keeping teams and service intact. Manufacturing rounds out the portfolio as a sector we know and operate in today, open to the right opportunity rather than active consolidation.
