Ricardo leads capital formation and strategic growth at Triton North and builds its investor relationships. Across his career he has led approximately half a billion dollars in real estate investment volume from acquisition through disposition, grounded in a finance background and a long term view on value creation. He holds a JD, a Master's Degree in Strategic Corporate Management from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and a Master's Degree in Real Property Development from the University of Miami.
Antonio leads asset management and operations at Triton North, overseeing portfolio performance and the systems that keep execution tight. Across more than 20 years in operations, process improvement and real estate he has driven stability and growth, and is the founder of weclose.ai, a platform that modernizes real estate transactions. He holds a degree in engineering and an MBA from IE Business School, with certifications from MIT, APICS and PRINCE2.
Luis leads business development and growth at Triton North, guiding projects through entitlements and development across real estate and private equity. Across his career he has managed complex projects from early planning through delivery, working closely with municipalities, design teams and contractors to deliver on time and on budget. He holds a degree in architecture and has built his career shaping communities through thoughtful, innovative projects.

Antonio Ortiz is the Chief Operating Officer at Triton North, where he leads asset management and operations. He oversees the performance of the portfolio, builds efficient systems, and ensures seamless execution across every project, driving stability and growth throughout the firm's investments.
With more than 20 years of experience in operations, process improvement and real estate, Antonio consistently identifies inefficiencies and develops solutions that enhance performance. He is also the founder of weclose.ai, a platform built to streamline and modernize real estate transactions.
He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering and an MBA from IE Business School in Spain, along with professional certifications from MIT, APICS and PRINCE2. Outside of work, Antonio is the proud father of three and an avid fan of Formula 1, golf and boating.
Luis Quintero is the Chief Growth Officer at Triton North, where he leads business development and expansion across real estate and private equity. He identifies new opportunities, forges partnerships, and guides projects through entitlements and development, driving the firm's pipeline and sustainable growth.
With deep experience in development and construction, Luis has managed complex projects from early planning through delivery. He works closely with municipalities, design teams and contractors to bring projects to life on time and on budget, and his ability to navigate entitlements and uncover growth is a key driver of the firm's success.
He holds a degree in architecture and has built his career shaping communities through thoughtful, innovative projects. Outside of work, Luis is a dedicated family man who enjoys time on the water, fishing and the outdoors.
