ANTONIO ORTIZ
Antonio leads the Planning, Operations and General Management Departments at TRITON.
He oversees the day to day operations for both the Development and Multifamily Divisions and leads the company’s continuous improvement effort and strategic growth plan.
Since TRITON was founded, Antonio has led the construction, design and/or improvement strategy of over $85M in real estate properties ranging from luxury single family homes to multifamily assets. With over 12 years of experience in key Supply Chain and Operations roles in multinational blue-chip companies, his strong corporate background brings vast knowledge into the day to day including high level strategic planning, operations management, project planning, forecasting, quality assurance, process improvement, cost accounting, and budgeting among others.
Antonio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, an MBA from IE Business School, Spain and an array of certifications which include a Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment Certificate from MIT; a Supply Chain Professional Certificate from APICS and a PRINCE2 Project Management Certificate among others.
LUIS QUINTERO
Luis leads the Development Division at TRITON.
He directs the long-term growth plan of development projects and oversees the entire project’s lifecycle.
Luis has vast experience in evaluating, acquiring and managing investment properties, personally co-investing over $100M in value in real estate for over 10 years. His visionary leadership and entrepreneurial spirit precede him. He scouts areas of interest for potential investments, he sources equity, secures construction loans, and most importantly he is at the vanguard of market research and regulation changes which is key to our success.
Luis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, a Master in Business Administration in logistics and Marketing, and several certifications as project finance funding from the University of Adelaide, Business Entrepreneurship from MDC and Risk Management from Delft University of Technology. Along with investing in Real Estate, in previous years, Luis owned and managed a company dedicated to the Pharmaceutical and Optical field, which he expanded over the years and ultimately sold to a major investor.
Luis is also currently pursuing a Commercial Real Estate certificate from Cornell University.
RICARDO CILIBERTO
Ricardo leads the Multifamily Division at TRITON.
He oversees Acquisitions, Dispositions and the Revenue Strategy. He ushers the company’s expansion in the multifamily sector.
Ricardo has over 10 years of experience working exclusively in the multifamily space, previously serving as the VP of Acquisitions of a Florida based private equity firm managing and owning a portfolio valued $750MM. Subsequently also served as Acquisitions Manager of a Miami and New York based private equity owner and manager controlling over 5.8 million square feet of diversified commercial, multifamily and hospitality real estate assets throughout the globe. Over his career Ricardo has been directly involved in the acquisition and disposition of over $350MM in volume of real estate property mostly of it exclusively within the multifamily sector and has been directly involved in the asset management and operation of several multifamily and other real estate assets.
Ricardo holds a Law Degree; a Master’s Degree in Corporate Management from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid; and an LL.M in Real Property Development from the University of Miami.
